ROYAL PART BLOW-OFF STATION

The Royal Blow-Off Station improves productivity. In many shops, a common practice is to remove a finished part from its workholding device, and then an operator will hold it inside the machine enclosure and blow it off with an air gun. With the Blow-Off station, this cleaning task can be accomplished off-line while another part is being machined, thereby reducing machine downtime.

The Royal Part Blow-Off Station easily removes coolant, chips, and dust from workpieces and other components.  

Stepping on the foot pedal energizes the downdraft table, and the powerful air gun can be used to dislodge debris. Powered by a standard shop air line and mounted on casters, the Royal Blow-Off Station can be located in a fixed position or easily moved around the shop as needed.
 

Features & Benefits:

• The Royal Blow-Off Station accepts parts as large as 12" x 12" x12" and features a downdraft extraction system which activates when the operator steps on the foot pedal. This creates a suction that draws debris into an internal collection chamber.
• A powerful, OSHA-compliant air gun provides secondary cleaning power to help dislodge stubborn particles. This air gun can only be operated if the extraction unit is working, preventing harmful contaminants from being propelled into the atmosphere.
• The Royal Blow-Off Station does not use electricity - it is completely powered by a standard 1/4" shop airline and has minimal air consumption requirements.
• Rear wheels and a balanced design make this unit highly portable - keep it in a fixed location or move it around the shop as needed.
